How Can vomiting Along With Fever In A Child Be Treated?

I m needing help regarding my sons symptoms. My 5 year old has vomited 3 times in 24 hours, 100.5 degree fever, pale, and chills every now and then. My other son started with symptoms this afternoon. Also fever 100.6, head hurts, fatigued, but no vomiting.

Vomiting and fever, both can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. It can’t be corrected without treatment.
